Dim lights and a splendid selections of tequilas and mezcales. The attendance is normally group of friends 30+ or 40+. The amount of bottles is very vast, and the staff knows their produce. They properly serve the drinks in a "big" glas of shot, with a slice of a citric fruit (depending the sort) and a pinch of worm salt, all this in a very cute tile-tray. Minimalistic decoration and mexican paintings on the walls. Totally worths the visit. Expect a 5-6€ price for a tequila or mescal shot (higher standards also available).

DESACONSEJO IR POR SU SALUD!!! Tremenda bronca, viaje arruinado, gastos y complicaciones de salud!!! El Domingo 18/8 fuimos con mi familia y una amiga a su local para despedir a mi hijo y mi nuera que al otro día emprendían viaje a Rusia. 7 horas despues mi nuera empieza con prurito intenso y lesiones urticariformes en sitios de apoyo (cara posterior de ambos muslos). Horas más tarde mi mujer agrega las mismas lesiones en el mismo sitio y nuestra amiga quien llevaba un vestido largo con la espalda abierta las agrega a dicho nivel. Mi hijo y su novia son médicos pero por estar en Rusia (pues viajaron al otro día) tuvieron que acudir urgentemente a una clínica dermatológica privada dada la mala evolución lo cual incluyó tratamiento con corticoides intramusculares. Los Dermatólogos a simple vista les informaron que se trató de una dermatitis alérgica por contacto. EL ÚNICO LUGAR QUE COMPARTIMOS TODOS FUE VUESTRO LOCAL y coincide con las zonas de apoyo sobre sus sillas. Lo más probable es que usaron un producto de limpieza altamente alergénico, lo cuál provocó todo este drama desagradable.y

Pretty mid, definitely a bar that happens to have tacos more than a restaurant I would go to. The cochinita has the most flavor. The mezcal cocktails are fun. The queso fundido with huitlacoche was a good flavor. I wouldn’t waste your time on the shrimp cocktail.

Terrible experience. Yesterday night around midday, we went in for a couple of drinks, and the service was just the worst. The guy who served us looked pretty decent, (felt sorry for him) while the woman (who defined herself as the owner), she treated us terribly rude and with poor manners. When I asked if we could get something to drink, she replied that the place was full, but actually had two free tables. (First negative sign). Asked what mezcal she had, and she only had one bottle (second negative sign - now, how da heck u call uself mezcaleria if you have only one mezcal?) We asked for drinks, and she took over 20 mins to serve us and then she started to shout to all of us. I've asked therefore to speak with the manager in charge, and she said she was the owner and she didn't give a d* about...

I was sober, calm, and polite, yet they still refused to serve me, claiming “the register is closed.” I explained that I only wanted one glass of beer since my friends were finishing theirs and I didn’t want to just sit there. They repeated the same excuse. I then sat with my friends for the next 40 minutes without a drink, watching them continue to serve other customers. At the end of the night, they brought us the check without issue. Clearly, the register was never closed. I have no idea what their problem was, but their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I don’t think it’s a long shot to say they have...

Legit tacos, seriously. The owners are from Chihuahua and the food is great. It's so hard to find real Mexican food in Valencia, this place is a treasure. The Rajas tacos were really good but VERY picante.

UPDATE: I've been here a few times now, and have tried almost everything on the menu. The best thing by far is the Tacos de Cocinita Pibil. The margaritas are not good and the nachos are not even close to authentic, with their chili from a can and processed cheese sauce - an embarrassment for sure. The guacamole is pretty authentic. The tortillas for the tacos are authentic...
