Possible some of the worst service I've ever received in a restaurant. My partner and I were excited to eat here as we'd heard good things about the place, but our enthusiasm was quickly dampened by the completely apathetic service we received. We were made to feel like a complete inconvenience by our waitress, Lola, who largely ruined our experience. We had to ask multiple times for basics like water, to which Lola would eventually respond in a disgruntled manner, and even then would only bring us one glass for example. She was absolutely delightful to the table next to us, completely attentive, but towards us she barely even tried to hide her discontent, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Maybe it was because they were Spanish and we're British, however I speak Spanish pretty well and made an effort to communicate in Spanish with our. Waitress. Even the food was mediocre. We ordered the traditional Valencian paella with chicken and rabbit, but it was so salty that we couldn't even finish it (both of us love a lot of salt on our food, but this was bordering on inedible). We asked for the bill around the same time as the table next to us. They were presented with their bill within seconds with a smile, whereas we had to wait 15 minutes until I eventually got impatient and stood to up go over to our waitress and ask for a second time. I don't leave bad reviews lightly, but we were so disappointed with this place. Mediocre food, awful service.
