I recently visited Pinsa Di Roma with high hopes of enjoying authentic Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The food fell short of its promising menu description.
To begin with, the flavors in the dishes were disappointingly bland. The lack of seasoning and depth in taste left me underwhelmed. I had anticipated vibrant Italian flavors, but instead, I was greeted with a dull and monotonous taste profile.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend Pinsa Di Roma to fellow food enthusiasts looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. Read moreWe had a very nice meal of pasta, even though the pinsas looked amazing (we considered adding one to share). We were early by local standards and the restaurant was very busy and it seemed they just filled up quickly (restaurants in the states, call it getting slammed). Really enjoyed the Pinsa di Roma as a shared starter, my wife enjoyed her Spaghetti Bolognese, I had Spaghetti Frutti di Mare (one of my favourite dishes) both times.
