Absolutely disgusted. We went one time and it was a lovely meal albeit extremely slow. But the waitress with dark brown hair made up for it. So we booked again to take my inlaws as they were visiting us. Well, we couldn't have asked for a more horrible waitress. The blond girl with curly hair was just awful. The kitchen staff messed up on our reservation and she said they didn't understand how to take reservations. Poor guy, he must have felt so stupid and her apology for the mishap was so insincere that it made the whole situation worse. We thought we'd compromise and go off for a drink and come back in 30 mins. She said NO the restaurant rules forbid this, we can either wait in the empty tiny restaurant (walkway from restaurant to the terrace) for a table to be available or we leave. Oh for goodness sake we were not expecting to eat at Heston's!! Such a shame as we live here and we enjoyed it the first time. Extremely unpleasant waitress totally put us...

We went with a group of 5 and it took them some time to accomodate us. We ordered food and the Gaspcho and crocquets came 15 min later than they brought oven fish and the tortilla. I ordered the fish of the day and it came max 200gr of fish, 3 potato slices and a few slices of courgette FOR 30€.(I will attach pictures for you to judge if that was a 30€ plate).It was very unjustified and it felt like they just threw there a price. When they brought the food they had no idea what was in the plate, we had to guess. They tried to take a coffee from our table 5 times that was half full and we said in a spawn of 10 minutes no dont take it. Una estrella y porque no puedo poner menos. En fin, por dónde empezar: Llegamos para cenar a una hora normal y la camarera nos dice que no nos puede tomar nota de comida porque están saturados en cocina (estando practicamente la terraza vacía y sala también), y nos comenta que el jefe no ha venido y está solo uno o dos en cocina, vale, desafortunado, pero okey. Cuando al fin viene a pedirnos nota, parece que se pueden pedir hamburguesas pero no un plato de pasta con tomate porque no les llega el tiempo (o no les queda), bueno, vale, pido un tataky de atún con aguacate y mango. Bien, tras una larga espera llega con mi atún en un gran plato moderno de pizarra que solo pronuncia los 6 trocines que es, y al cabo de un rato cenando y viendo reseñas del propio lugar, veo en imágenes mi plato y veo que a mi no me pusieron ni el aguacate ni el mango. Llega la camarera a recoger y le comento la situación con disgusto, es un plato de 14€ donde obviamente lo caro es el pescado pero el mango y el aguacate también pueden funcionar como justificante del precio, y que deberían rebajarme por lo menos algo el coste del plato. La camarera con expresión preocupada dice que lo entiende y va a comentarlo dentro. Sale y para mi sorpresa aparece con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja y me dice "disculpa, tenías razón, pero parece que ha habido una modificación de la receta y no está reflejada en la carta", la mentira más cutre y sinvergüenza que puedan echarte a la cara, no la culpo a ella, probablemente le toque dar la cara, y junto a ese comentario, nos adjunta la cuenta con una rebaja de 2€.
