I first came here more than 10 years ago and it hasn't changed. It has a lovely chilled atmosphere with the candles and low lighting and low ceiling on the mezzanine level. Staff are efficient and friendly. You order at the bar so it's nice if you're in a group and have different hunger levels or drinking paces as you can go and order and pay for yourself. Instead of ordering food at the same time, we'd just go and order pinxos whenever we felt like it. They heat them up when you order them. The line was chaotic — whoever was more aggressive got served first. I couldn’t take it anymore and politely asked the manager for just a sandwich and a Coke. No response at all.
