Heard good things about this place and dropped in for a cappuccino after a recent doctor's appointment. There was nowhere to sit, so I took it with me on the road (I know, not very Spanish of me, but there was no choice in the matter). To say I was pleasantly surprised, is an understatement. For 2 euros it is literally the best cappuccino I've ever tasted in Valencia. Admittedly, the bar wasn't particularly high, as I'm not a big fan of Spanish coffee. Syra Coffee es sin duda uno de los mejores sitios para los verdaderos amantes del café. La calidad del café es excelente, y se nota que cada detalle está cuidadosamente pensado para ofrecer una experiencia auténtica. Si te apasiona el café, este lugar es una parada obligatoria en la ciudad. No solo disfrutas de un café delicioso, sino que también te brindan un servicio excepcional. El personal se toma el tiempo de explicarte todo sobre el café que estás tomando, lo que te hace apreciar aún más cada taza. Además, si prefieres preparar tu propio café en casa, puedes comprar bolsas con granos y ellos mismos te los muelen según el tipo de cafetera que uses.

Si sigues una dieta vegana, también ofrecen opciones pensadas para ti. La atención es un punto destacado; en mi visita me atendió la Mili, la manager del local y Edgar, barista, quienes fueron muy amables, eficientes y cálidos, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable.
