I'm not into burgers so it was great that they have this 'burger al plato' option—burger without the bread. With my take away burger (the authentic one), I opted for gluten-free option which cost me an additional 1€.

I ordered croquetas and an algae burger. The croquetas were delicious, the burger as well. The service was very friendly & answered all my questions about the menu (in English). A really nice vegetarian alternative if you come to Vigo. The food is creative, yet well balanced and tastes amazing. I had carrot purée with nachos and carrot sticks for starters and a seaweed burger as main and both dishes were at the same level of tastyness.
