This ice-cream parlour absolutely deserves all its excellent reviews. The quality of ice-cream is super-delicious and clearly made with high quality ingredients. The flavours are great and NOT at all artificial – you can taste the freshness of ingredients. The cones are also of high quality and tasty. We also met the owner who is lovely and friendly.

I had two scoops of vegan sorbet – dark chocolate and strawberry. The dark chocolate is as good as my favourite dark chocolate sorbet that I get from a parlour in London and the strawberry is super fresh. Both are not overly sweet and were perfect with generous scoops. My husband had a cone with a scoop vanilla and rum and raisin – both were delicious.

Also the café has sitting outside that is both in the shade and in the sun – which is perfect – about 7-8 tables...

The gelato in this shop is absolutely delicious and there are some very creative flavours as well as solid favourites. The owner is very careful with food allergies. Our 12-year old daughter has allergies to milk/dairy, nuts and sesame and this was no problem. There were several fruit-flavoured non-dairy ice creams and sorbets that she could choose from and each flavour had its own scoop to minimise cross contamination. The owner also checked the ingredients of the cones and the decorations to make sure they were safe. Best ice-cream ever. Seriously, it totally outstands the best ice-cream shops in Italy (where the owner has a few other shops by the way). Only made with fresh ingredients, and given that Lanzarote has plenty of fresh fruits you can only guess how good it tastes... Free of chemicals and preservatives so it is also a healthy choice! The owner is lovely and cheerful, and if you don't feel like ice cream, you can also have a hearty crepe or a properly made, perfect-roast espresso.
