Having stopped in Molino De Sal for a coffee/tea on a couple of occasions, we decided to book a table for an evening meal. We shared garlic prawns to start and although we should have mentioned at the time they weren't as hot as we have had previously. Felt as though they had been hanging around before being served. We both decided on the Wrecked Fillet Fish with garlic sauce. What a wreck it was. Looked like we both had different types of fish. Mine the 2 smallest pieces of flat type fish you can imagine. My husband's more of a cutlet which we were expecting. The dishes were served with Canarian Potatoes and salad. Potatoes were fine, salad (piece of lettuce, sliced onion, sliced carrot and sweetcorn - very bland, no dressing). My husband's larger piece of fish wasn't cooked properly and just warm. The waiter took it away and, after a wait, reappeared with his meal, but the fish was dried up. By that time I had finished mine. We told them he didn't want it as it was inedible. Needless to say we didn't pay for my husband's meal. We have been in Playa Blanca for 2.1/2 weeks and this was by far the worst meal we have had.
It seemed to us that they were more interested in the amount of alcohol we consumed than the food. We were asked 3 times during our short stay if we wanted another drink.
We must say the waiting staff were apologetic, however, we will reserve our judgement regarding the owner

Read moreWe had the pleasure of dining here twice during our recent holiday, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and attentively looked after by Richie, an absolute gem! Her kindness and professionalism made us feel truly special, and she’s easily one of the loveliest people we’ve ever been served by.
The atmosphere was just as impressive as the service. Soft music played throughout the evening, creating a relaxed vibe while still allowing for easy conversation. At one point, a musician played live on a keyboard, which added a lovely touch to the ambiance. Around 9 PM, the music picked up slightly in volume, but it never felt intrusive.
The food? Incredible. What makes this place even more unique is the ability to order from three different restaurants under one roof. Whether you’re craving rich, flavorful Indian cuisine or vibrant Spanish dishes, they’ve got you covered—and they seamlessly coordinated our orders so everyone in our group could eat together, despite choosing from different menus.
Honestly, it was some of the best Spanish food I’ve ever tasted, and hands down the best Indian food I’ve had anywhere. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and book a table. You...
