A lovely market held twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Located in the port of Marina Rubincon, it is easily accessible from Calle el Berrugo, where you can park your car in the paid car park for the time it takes to visit the market. The stalls are located in the pedestrian area along the port. There are several artisans from whom you can buy unique products to take home as souvenirs. There are also several restaurants where you can have lunch with Canarian tapas. If you have more time, from the market you can easily reach the pedestrian path that runs along the cliff to Playa de las Coloradas. Read moreWe arrived at the market early just after 9am, The market wasn't even set up to after 10am, it consisted mostly of Jewellery, leather goods, a few clothes stalls and holiday trinkets, tbh I only went with the intention of buying football tops and shorts for my grandchildren at home, after a bit of bargaining we got what we were after, I personally wouldn't rush back to it, albeit I'm an older lady and have had my fair share of holiday trinkets over the years its still suitable for lots of shoppers, its at the marina with a lovely selection of restaurants. Read moreThe marina itself is excellent with individual shops and restaurants in a very relaxed and well thought out setting winding around the marina. The Saturday market is excellent. There are masses of stalls set out around the marina and are a good mixture of craft stalls - leather goods, jewellery etc - and clothing and accessories as well as some food.
