Punto ZeRo SnackBar — Restaurant in Yaiza

I really can't agree with all of the positive reviews. First of all, the entire place is literally a casino that isn't mentioned anywhere on Google, so if you wanna sit inside, you also gotta watch gambling addicts losing all their money while you're drinking coffee. The staff wasn't able to communicate in English at all, which is pretty questionable considering the huge number of british tourists in Playa Blanca, but the staff was really nice nonetheless. The music and the background noises were way too loud, up to the point where you actually had to talk loudly to understand each other. I know this isn't the staff's fault, but I think it's worth mentioning that the place is filled with a bunch of families that can't control their children, adding to the loud atmosphere. The sandwich I ordered was burnt, soggy, and also cold somehow. The potatoes were just pretty bland and unseasoned, and the fries were also really soggy, so the food unfortunately can't rescue this place. At least the prices were relatively cheap, and the Piña Colada was decent, so I gotta give credit for that. We visit Punto ZeRo SnackBar every day when we come to Playa Blanca, either for just a drink, food or a wee flutter in the horses. The food is simple and very tasty at a fair price. The girls are fabulous so friendly, kind, helpful and so funny and they remember us each year we go. Been a few times and found it pleasant but went yesterday and they got the order wrong and got so annoyed at us and ended up giving us the wrong order after 3 attempts and they dropped it on the table I was disgusted and so disappointed there was no need at all I tried to explain what it was we ordered and staff member put her hand up and walked away! Never once was chips asked for I asked for sausage hash brown and instead of egg a second has brown 😂 and 2 portions of toast where u got fries from I have no idea just no need...
