UDON Puerto Venecia — Restaurant in Zaragoza

The picture on the menu are nice but the meal are really not the same ! At the beginning you can thing that the price are not expensive but finally nothing in the plate and the salmon is awfull ! Service is also not efficient. They are not serving salmon but waste of salmon. Run away, i have accepted to pay because i am a foreigner here and i don't want to be boring but in France i have never pay for this ! Scandalous never seen bullshit like this. As i can see the owner is reading the advice en replying, i should have taken picture because 5.95 for the tartare salmon noodles maki are just amazing you have just two or free small square of salmon waste on it completely different that the beautifull ones on the menu, how you can do this !!!! For sure i will write to customer service because this is shame...

I’m agree with Mr Fournier in the comments below.. I paid more than 20 eur for a cold and meager chiken noodles plate, seeing it was really shameful, and another veggie noodles plate where the vegetables were not cooked and it was like eating some pasta with a bottle of sauce at your disposal, besides the gyozas were absolutely cold and with an small hair in it, it seemed they were keeping them inside for a while.they just reheated all. We shouldnt have had paid for any of this really....

Llegamos y nos dice la camarera que faltan 15 minutos para que cierren COCINA, preguntamos si todavía se puede comer y nos dicen que si tardamos poco en pedir no hay problema, pedimos 2 menús que consisten en un entrante, un principal y un postre y nos dice la camarera que el postre nos lo preguntará al final, pero resulta que al acabar los 2 primeros platos lo que nos sacan es la cuenta, y al recordar que todavía nos falta el postre lo que nos dicen no sin cierta condescendencia es que mire usted, que hemos llegado casi cuando estaban cerrando y que postre no va a haber...en mi opinión había varias opciones para hacer las cosas medio bien, una es decirnos de primeras que lo que cierran es el establecimiento y no la cocina, porque igual ahí decidimos que no nos va a interesar comer aprisa y corriendo y mientras poco menos que nos retiran los platos sin acabar... Otra sería sacarnos los postres al mismo tiempo que la comida o a una mala incluso sacarlos para llevar, y una tercera que se me ocurre es proponer hacernos algún tipo de descuento ya que debido a una mala gestión suya no nos estaban dando lo que habíamos pagado, pero nada de eso pasó y al final te vas sintiéndote estafado.

PD: Al margen de eso comida muy normalita (algún plato correcto y algún otro muy, muy soso) y una distancia inexistente entre mesas que te hace no tener ningún tipo de privacidad. En fin,...
