Click and collect was easy, but would prefer the ease of home delivery.. However.. delivery prices to home are way too high. The last time we ordered a sofa (to the 7th floor) the delivery men refused to take it to our front door and would only help us put the sofa into the lift after pleading with them to do so. All ikeas are the same so here are a few tips:

Don't buy novelties, they are much more expensive. Always look for the ending series, they are always discounted.

Don't go through the maze, start from the end and go where you need (check a map first)

Always use the shortcuts to move through the place.

Beware of the sloooooow cafeteria...

You could start with an entirely empty home and come out with a completely furnished place, right down to the plates, silverware, decorations, and a completely installed kitchen with appliances. The products are of good quality and priced...
