I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at Almaas Premium Indian Restaurant in Bambalapitiya. During my recent visit, my party and I were discouraged by the lack of attention and professionalism exhibited by the staff.
Despite visiting multiple times over the past few days, we were consistently met with indifferent service. On each occasion, we observed waitstaff paying more attention to the television than to attending to the needs of the customers. This was particularly disheartening, as it gave the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the establishment.
Additionally, our attempts to enjoy our meal were hindered by the staff's lack of flexibility regarding seating arrangements. Despite expressing our preferences, we were directed to seats that were not conducive to an enjoyable dining experience.
Overall, the poor customer service at Almaas Premium Indian Restaurant has left me hesitant to return or recommend the establishment to others. It is imperative that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that all patrons receive the level of service they deserve.

The biryani we ordered was served cold, which was disappointing. We had to repeatedly request a spoon to serve the rice, and the overall service was subpar. The staff seemed less professional, and there was a lack of attention to customer needs.
Moreover, the ambiance could be improved, and there was no cover for the bill, making the payment process a bit inconvenient.
I believe there is room for improvement, and I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. I suggest addressing issues with the food temperature, enhancing customer service, and refining the overall dining experience.
I may consider giving Al Maas Premium another chance in the future if these issues...
