To Whom It May Concern, Pizza Hut Sri Lanka
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my appreciation following a recent experience with your service. I had previously submitted a complaint regarding a dine-in and dine-out experience. On the 24th of May, I received a follow-up meal in response to that complaint.
I am happy to say that the meal I received was absolutely superb — the taste was awesome, and the quality was truly up to your usual high standards. I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the response.
Thank you very much for addressing my concern in such a positive and professional manner. I truly appreciate the effort taken to ensure customer satisfaction.
Warm regards, Nirodha Bamunavita Gamage
Subject: Unsatisfactory Experience at Pizza Hut
Dear [Pizza Hut Manager],
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your restaurant. My son and I visited on 29th March, which was our second time this month. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the food and drinks took almost 20 minutes to be served after we placed our order. This delay was frustrating, especially considering the high service standards associated with a well-known brand like Pizza Hut.
Additionally, I had previously raised concerns about the cleanliness of your restaurant, but it appears these issues have not been addressed. The cleanliness was still below standard, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the dining environment uncomfortable.
Moreover, I noticed a significant decline in the overall energy of the staff. They appeared disengaged and lacked the enthusiasm typically associated with your brand.
To make matters worse, both my son and I experienced food poisoning after eating the pizza. We both suffered from loose motions, which I believe was a result of the food we consumed.
This visit was disappointing, and I sincerely hope you will take my feedback seriously in order to improve your service quality. I would appreciate a response regarding the steps you are taking to address these issues.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, Nirodha Bamunavitagamage Register...

Read moreWe badly wanted to try out the new breakfast menu launched by Pizza hut so we decided to go try it out at the Bamba outlet. They only offer the breakfast menu between 7am and 11am.
The service right at the entrance is very welcoming. We went during quarantine days and safety measures were taken right before we entered the cafe.
Restaurant was completely empty and they rejected us sitting in a 4 seat sofa, of which the seats were more comfortable. We asked for a sofa close by to a plug point as we had plans to work while enjoying our food. Somehow we were able to find a corner spot with the plug points but we were dissapointed as they didnt allow us to sit in the comfortable sofa.. but later on we saw another couple getting the chance to sit in a 4 seat sofa.
We tried their sandwitch pizza with pol sambol + cheese option and their new sausage rolls. Sausage rolls tasted really good but the sandwich pizza was below our expectation. Bread was too hard and tasted average. Also, the food presentation is not matching with their advertising posters.
With the breakfast menu we ordered coffee and tea. They tasted average. They did not offer to switch the tea to coffee either. Very poor customer service and honestly very rigid behavior for an era where flexibility is everything.
Parking facility is not available in front of the restaurant as threewheelers are only allowed to park so we ended up parking on the road which we had to pay for.
Overall a...
