Made a complain to customer hotline on 17/04/2021 and the reference no. 65043. Informed me they will direct it to the relevant department and get back to me. Called thrice every week to check on the complain and they informed me that it is a high priority complain and that they have directed the issue to the relevant department. After 3 weeks I haven't called to check on it. But, 19/05/2021 after a month called to check regarding the matter and for my dismay my reference no. and my phone number too were missing from their complain list. My new complain reference no. is 69208 and they came up with the same stories I listened over 3 weeks. Hope this time I will have a positive reply.
