If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking a sea view room. The view is absolutely stunning — you can see the vast Indian Ocean right from your bed or balcony. Watching the sunset from the room was one of the highlights of my stay. It gives that peaceful vacation vibe even though you’re right in the heart of Colombo.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also quite convenient — close to major attractions, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet evening.

This is our first visit to "Marina Bay", with my family. Mr. Thuan warmly welcomed us at around 12.30 midnight on the 14th Sunday, September 2025. We were given a comfortable triple room, spacious, clean, and with a view of the ocean. We booked the room while on the train, at midnight, on short notice, and we had one of the most memorable stays at "Marina Bay". Located away from the busy city. The atmosphere is cool.|For breakfast, we had a special BB menu, and we ordered an English Breakfast. The food was spot on, and served very neatly. Having your breakfast with the view of the ocean was spectacular. Although we had a short stay, it was memorable, comfortable, and with a top service. Mr.Thuan a big thank you, and all who served us. We will be back for a long stay in the near future. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes available at the buffet. The dessert corner was especially impressive and very well organized. The staff provided excellent service, and my family and I truly enjoyed your high tea buffet experience.||I would like to extend special thanks to Chef Danushka and Mr. Dinesh, who visited our table several times to gather our feedback and continuously enhance the high tea experience.||A heartfelt thanks also goes to Mr. Dinesh for arranging this visit for us, even though the restaurant was fully booked.
