I recently visited Food studio chinese restaurant and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. To start with, the prices were exorbitantly high for what was offered. I was expecting some gourmet dishes for the price, but the food was far from delicious. In fact, it was quite bland and lacked any distinctive flavor.

I specifically came to try their seafood rice, but was shocked to find that their "extensive rice menu" only included prawns. No variety at all, which was incredibly frustrating.

Additionally, I noticed they sneak in extra charges for everything. From service fees to additional costs for basic condiments, it felt like they were nickel-and-diming me at every turn.

The customer service was the worst part. The staff were rude and inattentive, making the entire dining experience unpleasant. I had to ask multiple times just to get a glass of water.

Overall, This restaurant is not worth your time or money. There are plenty of other places that offer better food, better service, and better value. Avoid...

They have multiple restaurants of different cuisines. Thus one gets a wide range of food items to select from.

They issue a pager buzzer once the order is placed thus making it easier for the customer to reach the outlet when the food is ready.

Tried their Indonesian outlet where they served the best Meegoreng I've ever tasted. Both the chicken Meegoreng and the seafood Meegoreng were equally good. It seemed a bit overpriced because the portion size was not satisfactory.

The Chinese outlet at the food studio was definitely a disappointment. The portion size was not enough and the food wasn't tasty either. Not worth the money at all.

They do not allow outside food and drinks at the food studio and had placed boards on tables to inform the customers too.

And during the weekends it is difficult to find a spot to sit there as it is so...
