Read moreMy first experience. The staff didnt let me park at their entrance park lot. Wanted me to park on the road. Which Rheindland place is dodgy at nights and i didnt want to. Told him we will leave then, and he was totally ok and turned his back. What a behaviour to turndown a customer. I hope they put friendly staff and train them well. Lost a new customer. Give respect to your customer. As a owner u should be ashamed for handling complaints in such manner. There is a way of telling off customer if no parking. You should train your staff well. As first impression matters.
Also as a responsible owner, learn to handle reviews and feedback. Have a positive approach with an welcoming action plan. May be you should train yourself first or subcontract it to a professional establishment if you cannot handle criticism.
Latest update : Funny thing is the person who turned me down in this photo is the OWNER himself. Wonder how the attitude and rest of the service would be if he itself is ok to turndown customer (should have said " Sir let me look in for another space for u or we will keep an eye like an assurance". Thats the attitude expected)

Read moreI recently visited Sweet Vibes, a new establishment in town, but my experience left much to be desired. While the place shows promise, there are areas that require immediate attention. The most glaring issue was the excessively long wait time for our food. Despite the lack of a rush, it took an agonizing hour for our order to arrive after we had placed it.
Regarding the food itself, the crispy chicken we ordered was commendably fried, but unfortunately marred by an unpleasant odor of the oil used. The choice of cooking oil seemed questionable, detracting from what could have been an enjoyable dish. Our order of tosete was also somewhat disappointing, lacking the expected quality.
Even the kulfi dessert was not up to the mark. One of the kulfi servings had melted, which was a disappointment given the otherwise unimpressive meal.
On a slightly positive note, the drinks we had were the highlight of the experience. However, this alone did not salvage the overall dissatisfaction with the visit.
In conclusion, my time at Sweet Vibes was overshadowed by slow service and inconsistent food quality.
