We booked this restaurant for an office team party of 10 guests on Friday. Using the number listed on their website, the owner confirmed our reservation and quoted an offer of 4800/- per head for BYOB with unlimited bites. Confident that everything was set, we planned our celebration around it.
However, on the day of the event, our calls to the website number went unanswered. Desperate for clarification, we tried the Google-listed number. To our shock, we were told by the manager that our reservation wasn’t accepted because they were "fully booked since Monday."
What’s worse is the complete lack of coordination. According to the manager, the Google number connects to her, while the website number connects to the owner—and neither seems to have any idea what the other is doing. The manager rudely informed us that they don’t honor reservations made through the owner’s number or their website and admitted she had no control or knowledge of those bookings.
The funny part? When you call the Google-listed number, there’s an automated recording instructing you to go to their website or WhatsApp to make a reservation. That’s exactly what we followed—and yet this mess happened. 😂
Adding insult to injury, the manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and spoke to us in a tone more fitting for a street vendor than someone managing a restaurant. This chaos and irresponsibility not only ruined our celebration but also wasted our time.
While their cheap offers might initially seem appealing compared to other restaurants and bars in Colombo, it’s now obvious why—they lack even the most basic customer service and organization.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. If you must go, be prepared for confusion, rude staff, and an owner who doesn’t care. I’ll be attaching screenshots of their conflicting contact numbers to expose their disorganization...

Karaoke Room - There were no mics until we asked for one. and the entire set-up was NOT as we were shown in the picture which was sent to us via whatsapp (refer image attached). The glasses were tucked away somewhere. Surely when you are having a crowd of this size - you ensure a small set -up of glasses and ice bucket and may be even a mini fridge to chill the alcoholic beverages. It is that added touch that makes a venue unique.
Welcome Drink - They serve this awful welcome drink.
Buffet - There was NOTHING worth eating... completely tasteless. We were sent a menu but we did not see those elaborately described items on the buffet. The food was cold. We would much rather have ordered a la carte items and been satisfied with a good meal and the restaurant would have still made a sizeable sale. When I inquired about the option of ordering a la carte - I was told it is not possible and they insisted on a buffet. The buffet was set-up for occupants of both rooms and there was no replenishing done. The octopus dish looked like it had gone through a lawn mower (if it was octopus) The pork was all fat... the pesto pasta dish had no seafood that we could see.
While the staff are very courteous, helpful and attentive - the food leaves much to be desired. I had heard that the food was not great, from a few people who had visited the restaurant but we were assured of quality and presented with a menu. It all sounded fantastic... but it was FAR from it.
Would I recommend...
