I recently had the pleasure of dining at S&S Korean Restaurant and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding; the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal. [한국어] 해당 가게 방문하여 삼겹살과 부대찌개를 주문하였습니다. 삼겹살은 한국에서 먹던 삼겹살과는 전혀 다른 알 수 없는 부위의(앞다리살로 추정됨. 사진으로 보시기 바랍니다.) 매우 질이 낮은 고기가 나왔습니다. 또한 2인분 기준으로 종합원은 500 g이라고 하였으나 실제로 제공 받은 고기는 (무게를 직접 측정하지는 않았지만) 300g도 되어 보이지 않았습니다.

삼겹살과 함께 주문한 부대찌개는 그냥 라면에 약간 물을 더 넣고 조금의 고기와 햄을 넣은 알 수 없는 음식이었습니다.

우리는 2명이 방문하였고 삼겹살 2인분과 부대찌개(부대찌개 또한 2인분이라고 기재되어 있었음)를 주문하였지만 2명이 먹어도 턱없이 부족한 양이었습니다. 심지어 부대찌개와 삼겹살을 합쳐 총 4인분을 주문하였음에도 밥은 작은 한 공기만 제공되었습니다.

또한 우리는 과일 주스를 주문하고자 하였지만 종업원은 과일 주스가 현재 불가능 하다고 하였으며, 우리에게 한국 알로에 주스를 권유하였습니다. 알로에 주스는 약 300ml 정도 되는 한컵에 1000루피(약 4,600원)를 받았습니다.

음식과 상관없이 직원들의 태도 또한 매우 만족스럽지 못하였습니다. 직원은 약 4명 정도가 있었는데 그 중 1명은 식사하는 장면을 허락도 받지 않고 매우 가까운 거리에서 계속 영상 및 사진을 촬영하였습니다. 그는 우리가 밥 먹는 모습이 매우 신기하다는 듯 행동하였습니다. 우리는 식당에서 밥을 먹는 것이 아닌 동물원 속에 동물이 된 것 같았습니다. 그의 행동은 매우 불쾌하였고, 식사 시간이 메우 불편하였습니다.

[ENG] I visited the restaurant and ordered pork belly and budae jjigae. The pork belly is completely different from the pork belly we used to eat in Korea (presumed to be front leg meat. The budae jjigae I ordered with pork belly was just an unknown dish with a little more water in ramen and a little meat and ham.

Regardless of the food, the staff's attitude was also not very satisfactory. There were about four employees, one of whom continued to take videos and pictures at a very close distance without being allowed to eat. He acted like he was very surprised by how we ate. We felt like animals in a zoo, not eating at a restaurant. His behavior was very unpleasant, and he felt uncomfortable because the mealtime was filled.

Also, there was no air conditioning in the store, and numerous flies obstructed our meals. The flies were really big dung flies, and they kept twisting them in the food, causing serious hygiene concerns.

We didn't feel full even after the meal, so we wanted to eat more additional food, but we didn't want to eat the food served by the store anymore, so we paid. Please note that there is an additional service charge in the calculation.

The employees said that the owner of the store is Sri Lankan who worked in Korea. However, as a native Korean, I can confidently say that there is no such thing as pork belly and budae jjigae in Korea. Considering the quality and quantity of the food served, it seems that the owner worked in North Korea, not South Korea.
