Horrible experience. We booked a reservation 10 days before Saturday for my friend’s birthday, and we had hoped to enjoy that night. When we came first, we waited around 10 minutes to get our table. The menu had many options and we wanted to start with the chicken, but they tell us they don’t have any currently. Later on we decide to order lamb, it was other option as well. They tell us that they don’t have that either, which leaves us with some options that we didn’t prefer. No matter what we order some pizza with feta cheese and oyster mushrooms. First we had one precourse baba ganoosh that was OK, then after some time, we get one same meal, pizza with feta for both of us, even though I ordered something else. We tell the waiter that was serving us that this was not the meal I ordered, and then he was trying to convince us that it was the meal we ordered, and when we told again that we ordered mushrooms he tells us that there are “no” mushrooms, that a only one moment later after he takes the pizza back, I get one stick of mushrooms, no side meals, nothing else. For someone who prebooked a table 10 days before, we were very unpleased. The food was okay, but such small portions that made us still hungry. We had also one glass of champagne and red wine with us that we were still drinking, we planned to stay in the bar because there was a good atmosphere. We wanted to talk to a manager and complain because of the food because we were unhappy and still hungry, to turn out that manager was very impolite and unprofessional, she was yelling at us that if we ate the food we have to pay for it, later threatened us to call the police, “called the guard”, GRABBED MY PHONE out of my hand aggressively accusing me that I was filming her, even though I wasn’t and screamed at us to not touch her while we were talking to a guard, just because we were unhappy with the food. Not only did this “professional” manager ruined our night, she took our full drinks out of our table that we PAYED for and told us off. i hate to leave a bad review because the food was flawless, but our experience was soured by one of the female servers who was unimaginably rude and inattentive.

not once did she come and check up on us, it took a bizarre amount of effort to get her to take another order of drinks or plates, which i imagine cant be an uncommon request for a sharing plate concept.

every single time we flagged her down, she said "in a minute" and then left us waiting for another 10 to 15 minutes. several times, we saw our food waiting at the counter (the kitchen was, again, flawless and timely), which she'd leave there for another 10 to 15 minutes before serving it to us.

all of this with the demeanor of us being an inconvenience, had me considering i should be apologizing for even being there.

i'd understand if it was busy, but not even half the tables were filled and when another server took our order, they did so in a normal, friendly manner and got us our order immediately.

will definitely not be coming back as long as she works there, but thanks again to the kitchen for...

From the moment my friend and I entered, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. The host didn’t greet us, and I got the impression that if I hadn’t had a booking, she would have turned us away, just as she did with a few other people who arrived after us.

We were given menus and left to it. My friend ordered a juice and was served half a cup. Shortly after, another waitress came over to assist us, while the first lady we encountered focused on other tables, appearing cheerful and friendly. However, whenever she interacted with us, she rolled her eyes.

I asked about something on the menu and was told only one portion comes out, to my surprise when I had seen other peoples orders arrive, they had 3 of the items as I suspected and as a normal serving would have which resulted in me purchasing the steak which I didn’t intend on getting.
