Chicca Belloni — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

The food was just ok. We ordered the Buffala Mozzarella and the Farinata as entres. The farinata was actually the best dish of the night, with light and slightly crunchy texture. The mozzarella was strangely dry, but I accept it as it reminded me a lot of Dominican Queso de Hoja. For mains we ordered the arrabiata and the Trofie al pesto. Arrabiata wasn’t spicy at all, they just added some sliced chilis to pretend, I guess. The pesto wasn’t remarkable either. I really wouldn’t come back here for the food, it was unremarkable. On top of that, it took a very long time in between the entre and the main. The service wasn’t anything special and neither was the atmosphere. Unfortunately too noisy...

Came across this place on our visit to Gothenburg from Dubai. Excellent all around, great atmosphere, amazing service. Only got to try the drinks and the guys at the bar, Ryan and Emil at the bar are amazing. Their energy really brought the place to life. Didn’t get to try the food but definitely would come back if we ever get a chance to come through...

We had booked a table for 2. As soon as we got in the atmosphere felt non welcoming. It was like we were not welcome there. No non alcoholic options for us and the waiter just answered with 2 word answers. We ended up not eating there, don’t want to give our money to people like that. Better give it to Barabicu next door! Better vibe, sweet staff and cozy...
