The server/possibly the owner was very good about making changes to meet our needs. I wanted a vegetarian fried rice which wasn’t standard on the menu and what he brought was perfect. My daughter wanted Ponzu sauce for her sushi, which they didn’t have, but the server said he could make up a sauce much like Ponzu.
