Overrated. It is one of that kind of establishments whose management believes that formal recognition (a Michelin star, in this case) makes it unnecessary to pay any attention to service quality as customers would be flocking in anyway. When it takes 1.5 hours to serve two starters (out of a six-course menu), one is not prone to enjoy the gastronomical feats but rather wonders if the whole charade will be over by midnight.

The fallow deer and its belongings that came with the dish was really wonderful from start to finish, the meat just melted away in the mouth. All was accompanied by excellent wines that the sommelier picked out for each dish. The waiters were very friendly and down-to-earth and as you would expect, highly knowledgeable about the food and wine. Sometimes Michelin-starred restaurants can come with a certain attitude, but this restaurant was a delight from the moment entering to leaving, full and content four and a half hours later.
