Domino's Pizza Lund — Restaurant in Lund Municipality

Not a great customer service experience. I am a big Domino's fan so was pretty excited to see one open up in lund. My first visit and right after ordering I notice that they have an offer going on regarding two pizzas and bread sticks for 199 sek which I noticed on a pamphlet.As I had just ordered one pizza and breadstick at 148 sek that definitely seemed like a better option. However the unfriendly staff told me they couldn't add on you my order as I had already paid. For a new restauraunt that wants to attract their loyalists from other countries I felt a bit sad that they didn't care at all about increasing customer satisfaction. Hope they realise that they need to be a bit less rigid and more friendly if they want people...

Too bad experience.we ordered spicy chicken pizza large sized pizza and it was full of olives when compared to chicken chunks. They put less sauce as well on the pizza base .we had ordered potato wedges along with it and that comes along a vitlok sauce or dip which was missing .there was not good crowd as well to say that due to crowd these things went missing.very dissapointed at the end with the service.they had a new guy at counter who had no idea about chilly flakes and extra herbs.hope this outlet improves...

A very clean and fast Domino's! There are many Pizzerias in Lund that you could go to, but if you're looking for your classic EXTRAVAGANZZA or Pepperoni Feast from Domino's, this is the place to go! You could also order online and come here to pick-up or you could have it delivered to your address. But beware that the delivery cost is quite high! Almost the price of a small pizza!
