I really hope I can give it a try again to give them another chance for a more fair review, to add more stars for this noodles bar. Because... I love Noodles and Soup :-)
Ehmm.. I hope for another chance, that they can prove me they've just had a busy or bad day for them when I was there.
I saw many good reviews and I'm a lover of noodles and pasta etc. I didn't expect the service wasn't good at all. They're a few of the staff, but all ignored us when we were at their front desk/cashier to place our orders. I look forward for their homemade flat noodles with the spicy beef soup. Disappointments
Tastes are authentic Sichuan Beef Noodles Soup. And portions are quite generous big bowls. Noodle need to eat freshly right away. But our noodles broke in thousands tiny pieces and not "Al Dente" at all, yet clums together. Our soup became clumsy pasta in gravy rather than flat noodles in soup. Right away when we've had our dishes, we said never be back again. With that price or some even less, we did have different kinds of way better beef noodles soup.
But, I would love to give it a try in future if there's a chance. Hopefully it's near any of the good reviews, which really were the reasons I went there by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff at the noodle shop were very friendly and patient, even when we asked for help since we couldnāt read Swedish. We ordered beef noodles and beef rice noodlesāyou could choose between knife-cut noodles or rice noodles, and customize toppings by omitting things like cilantro, pickled vegetables, or opting for gluten-free. We went all in. Haha. Because cilantro and such are the soul of the dish! The braised beef topping was deliciousātender and full of flavor. Paired with pickled veggies, cilantro, and a touch of chili oil, it was savory and satisfying.
The shop had a simple, clean decor and even outdoor seating. Thumbs up! It felt so happy to satisfy our Chinese taste buds with such a fulfilling meal...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally good food!! The noodles are very tasty and the soup is a little spicy but it isnāt at all overwhelming. The beef is very soft and tender and just falls apart in the mouth. You can very clearly taste the sichuan spices! (The Beef noodles).
You can even get some free edamame beans to eat which I always take a bowl of as I wait for the noodles to get cooked.
The main seating area is a bit small and tight but if you go through the kitchen thereās another seating area in the building behind that is suited for bigger groups. However that area is not very accessible for wheelchairs as there are very steep steps to get in.
All in all this place is a big recommendation for people...
