This place is the De Facto cocktail bar of Malmø. The place is small and cozy. Homemade concoctions decor the walls, yielding an almost alchemistic atmosphere, but this is not the best. Things beyond the imagination of your otherwise go to bartender happen behind the zink counter. The managing bartender, never says no to a challenge and quickly daps into the homemade hibiscus sirup to twist the odd request of a singapore sling with a slightly spicy aftertaste. It quickly yields the impression that you are truly stranded on a tropical island, but what is this now, a hint of signal smoke, perhaps the signal fire, perhaps not stranded after all. To be honest, stay away... Grab a beer and help yourself by spending your time somewhere else than this place. The view is nice, that's it. If someone would've offered some money and the condition would've been to have a drink there, I'd have done that, but in not a single other case - but initially we didn't know, and so the desastre took its turn. We spent more money for two coctails than for the most delicious breakfast we've ever had... Did I say cocktails? Did I really? At best it were a drop of olive oil and a thin slushy berry drop mixed with a lot of water for - fasten your seat belt - 30 euros. This is bar none the best cocktail bar I've been to in a VERY long time. The service is excellent, and it's very dedicated to the experience of the cocktail as a whole, i.e. they will cater to your request and need, both whether you want the tried and true, or dip your feet in that unknown. All the servers have a lot of knowledge and are more than willing to give suggestions, backgrounds, even sometimes history behind certain classic cocktails, if you are so inclined.
