Green Mango — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

Second time I buy food at this place. First time it took forever to get the food for take away and they didn’t make the order correct, on top of that when I called them to give the feedback the woman on the phone was rude and couldn’t take the feedback. Second time, maybe 2 years later I thought to try the place again even though I had said never again. It took them almost 30 minutes to prepare a take away lunch, while the restaurant had 5 tables occupied. Barely any people. When I politely tried to explain that it should be something that they need to take into consideration, I mean 30 min for takeaway when it’s not busy.. says that you are doing something wrong I would say. Once again, the woman was sour, and very defensive, she couldn’t handle having a normal feedback conversation as an adult. She left in the middle of the conversation. This time never again is not only never again. It’s also a “don’t ever buy food there”. They are not worth it in any way. There are a thousand better places in Malmö, where you can get great food, under 30 minutes and a smile and good...

I have been eating at Green Mango since 2009 when they were on Mollan.. I was so disappointed tonight that I had to write this review. There were bad days when I wasn't really satisfied with the food, but I never wanted to complain because everyone can have a bad day. We had guests over tonight, so we decided to order takeaway food for 5 pers. I waited at least 20 minutes more than they said it would be ready, totally 70 min waiting time. Ok no problem I could notice that they were very busy. When we got home and started eating, the first thing we noticed was that the portions were much much smaller than usual. The pad thai tastes a bit.. smokey grilled. I wasn't prepared for it (I didn't choose the restaurant), but it was a pleasant surprise. However, I feel like the restaurant depend a bit too heavily on that taste and it's lacking in the other pad thai tastes. I felt it was a bit too mild.

Portion was good, chicken was.. well as good as can be expected in a pad thai.

Litchi juice was tasty but recall it as quite pricey (I know what the cartons costs in the cheap stores).
