Icha Mochi — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

This place has a very nice decoration inside. The staff was nice when I called on the phone and booked a table.

When we arrived the guy was busy sweeping the floor. I passed him, he didn't even say hi. Then i got up to the desk and waited. The girl behind. Was doing some drinks i think. She didn't say hi either. When the guy was done sweeping, he came behind the desk. Still no hi. But he did tell me not to touch the desk because of Covid. Still no hi. Then he came out again and cleaned a bit more cause someone had dropped a glass. Then he went behind again and said hi.

We sat down, got the menus. We ordered. 30 min later my friend got his food and mine was wrong so they had to do it over again.

The food itself was very nice. Very good taste. Applause for the chef.

The service itself was really bad to be honest. I'm sure they had a lot of work, but a "hi, I'll help you in a minute" would be enough for me to be satisfied. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed by this place. If it wasn't for the food I would give it one star only.

I and my family had the worst food experience for many years that I’ve remembered. I and my mom had beef yakiniku and got the worst food poisoning. We ended up got diarrhea and puked all the food out all night and felt so fatigued the entire next day. Waking up at night to puke out ur food many times was torturing experience. Ur food is not fresh! Especially the mayo, veggie and the seaweed in the soup. It was really a nightmare and ruined our appetite for the next fews days in this trip. If you don’t even know how to cook a good clean food, you shouldn’t open a restaurant in the first place. Ur food is a nightmare and I never want to go back ! The location is very central. It has outdoor seating and it is lovely to sit out when it it a beautiful day. The food was also good. The only complaints I have is with the service. The waitress was very clumsy and was spilling sauce on the other plates she was carrying. She split soy sauce on the my boyfriend’s cousin who was carrying his baby. The sauce spilt on his jeans instead of the baby lucky but the waitress was spaced out and didn’t event say sorry. The food might be great but if the service is bad then sometimes it’s not worth going. I don’t think I would return.
