We went in with low expectations and ended up “WINNING the LOTTERY”!! The entire team from The moment we were greeted upon arrival to the server taking our drink orders while making recommendations simply set the tone for “Trust” the Chef and his team!! First, the bartender is in a league of her own … you name it — She crushed with a flavor that deserves “award” winning status! The appetizers were prepped by the chefs with passion and it definitely delivered 10 of 10! The main entree was an incredible deer flank in a sauce that melted in your mouth and truly made it difficult to share because it was so good’. The seared salmon sushi rolls were just as amazing with such fresh flavors which melted in your mouth! Lastly, we finished the meal with mochis combined with vanilla ice cream decorated in a flavorful crumb that finished the meal Of beautifully! The lovely bartender crafted an incredible after dinner coffee liqueur shot that was a perfect way to end the night! The executive chef has done an amazing job leading his team throughout the evening with positive energy and giving people a reason to Come back! This was my 2nd evening back and it did not disappoint and look forward to one more during my stay before heading back to the states!

I travel frequently - so whenever you can go to a Restaurant and get an A TEAM at every level of service… just make sure to Visit KASAI in the Sky!

Unfortunatly a good evening turned bad.

We were scammed by their "Early Bird Offer" that clearly states that if you book a table between 17:00 and 18:00 you'll get the Omakase menu for 455 kr.

This how ever is not the case... it is apparently not enough to book a table at 17:30, get there, and order the Omakase menu in the given time.

So after an otherwise nice dinner (if we decide to ignore the apparent 45 min break in the serving between the first starter and the second starter) we were hit with a bill at almost double the expected price.

When we asked why this would be we were told that in order to actually get the Early Bird offer you have to specificly order this on the website (even though it does not state that in the original post on their site).

So when booking a table at 17:00 o'clock DO NOT go to the obvious "Middag" (dinner) section but scroll down until you find the conveniently hidden Early Bird menu.

The waiter that we were in contact with was not intrested in trying to remedy this and was honestly quite rude about it.

This leaves me to belive that this is an active effort to make it as confusing and misguiding as possible, a scam to put it simply.

I'm sad to say that this honestly ruined our evening, if we knew that we would have to pay this much we would have gone to another resturant. The food is good but not that good.

Lackluster food. Confused and rude staff. If you go there, double-check your bill before paying!

We ordered the Omakase 7 course meal for 595 SEK. When we got the dessert, we realised that we hadn't been served course #5, the kimchi. Instead of apologising for the missing dish, the waiter pointed out that we got extra rice with the chicken, and we should be happy about that. Of course, that wasn't quite the answer we expected, so we asked for some kind of compensation. They offered 10% on the food, and when we asked if they might consider an additional dessert on the house instead (or a more generous discount), they turned very rude and told us that such a thing would be far too expensive for them.

We accepted the 10% in the end, but after we had paid the bill, we realised that they had charged us for 13 beers instead of 4! We went back and showed them the error, and again, no apology, and they actually tried to give us a refund for 8 beers instead of the 9 that they had overcharged.
