NEKO — Restaurant in Solna kommun

Dinner menu changed to cheaper sushi combination (served in the lunch menu) for the day because of an event in a close by sports arena. However the price for the menu was kept at the same high dinner price as it used to be. As a regular customer I just ordered what I always order for the family and was charged same as always. The suprise came when my food was ready for pick-up. First thing I react on is the low quality on the sushi pieces and the second is that I am missing several pieces that usually come in the combination I ordered.

When I expressed my disappointment to the staff with the way the were tricking their customers they didn't care at all and blamed me for not carefully checking the menu before ordering. It's one thing to change to a cheaper sushi combination but doing it and keeping the price for the expensive combination is just taking the customers for fools. I will never eat at this...

We came for some ramen soup, but ended up having an udon soup and vietnamese pho, as they are not so easy to find in asian restaurant menus.

The experience was pretty good. The restaurant has made efforts to give east asia vibes, though the shopping mall feeling is still present. Nevertheless, seating places are plenty, and tables quite clean compared to other places around the mall.

Do not expect outstanding food flavour neither. Nothing which really stands out, but still very decent flavour. We enjoyed udon soup the most. I would definitely come back to eat it again.

I have not tried sushi. But since this is a shopping mall restaurant I would rather go for a soup dish or a hot dish instead. Adapt your expectations to the theme of...

I cannot believe that this 'chain' is still allowed to be in popular malls? Are they bribing the mall owners? The food quality is just terrible at all their branches, worst dumplings I have ever had in a 'restaurant',,,,

When contacting the mall owner, this was their reply "Off course we care about our customers, and we have had conversations with the tenant in question. However, we see that they also have a lot of costumers who visit them. Please visit our other restaurants, if you like sushi we also have Noorii sushi on level 0."
