Yuki sushi — Restaurant in Solna kommun

What a wonderful experience it was! The Westfield Scandinavian mall Google search showed 4 Sushi restaurants and among all Yuki Sushi had the highest rating. The restaurant is outside the mall and we found our way outside the mall though parking floor which is -2. The restaurant is small but very beautiful. People working there are very polite and friendly. We ordered Sushi, Sashimi and Poke bowls (Salmon + Tuna ). Misso soup with crackers and Japanese tea were complimentary, so one can start with soup while they prepare your order fresh. I liked both the soup and tea. Was here for lunch, solo. Nice cosy atmosphere, not many seats and I don't know if they take bookings. I asked for their 14 piece veg sushi, but had to correct my order as something else showed up on the receipt (that cost the same amount).

The sushi was some of the best I've had in recent years. Just wow. The wasabi felt really close to / was the real deal! If you're used to weak wasabi, beware to adjust the amounts.

Miso soup included for patrons, don't forget to help yourself. I really liked the seaweed bits.
