Haga Bottega — Restaurant in Stockholm

I have had the breakfast here 2 days in a row as I was staying at the caroline tower hotel and it was quite good. So I decided to try the restaurant at night. The food is good but the service is terrible. We had the displeasure of being served by an italian/swedish server who was quite full of himself. No politeness. He legit talked to us as if we were low class, looked down upon us. I don’t usually throw the R word out easily, but my god we felt that this guy was being racist to us. My parents felt quite odd. We were the ones who were being polite by saying please and thank you, this guy was so direct that it felt that he is offended to serve us. He asked everyone else, how is the food, is everything good. But to us nothing. When we were ordering something, he goes “do you even know what that is?”, I mean who talks like this? Extremely expensive. They have divided the place into 2: the expensive side if you reserve a table (you get a waiter who will serve you your food and take your plates when you are done, choose from a pricy menu that even a pizza costs 200 sek), and the cheaper side where you can just drop by and order a pizza for 75 sek. Food on the expensive side is not even something to rave about. You can buy a whole grilled chicken for a fraction of 220 sek (cost of half a chicken) and make a better meal.
