Been here twice, both times were for a birthday! Both my own and a friend's.
To start off with this is a perfect place for a fancy date night with nice atmosphere that isn't too loud but also good for larger groups of 15 or more people. They are quite flexible with bookings and accommodating. from 2 to 15 people.
Atmosphere:
I would say it's solid. Located in the city center of Stockholm nearby Karolinska hospital with buses everywhere. Harder to Park as it's the city. Restaurant is well equipped. The chairs for inside are metallic and very wide, but the cushion is comfortable. Hard to sit back though. Outside there are warm lamps but no place to hang your coat or bag if it's cold weather which ends up piling up.
Food:
We tried almost everything on the menu. Portions are satisfactory. Their specialty is the truffle pasta, very creamy but not actual truffle pieces, just sauce. Very mushroomy and can be made vegetarian.
My favourite has been the entrecote and the penne arrabiata. Good quality products.
Less favourable were the pizzas that had most ingredients piled up in the middle, not spread. The Osso buco di agnello tasted like nothing but pure lamb meat, no other spices or taste.
plus points for the delicious bread and olive oil. Recommend the grapino cocktail and house white wine!
Seems they are mostly skilled in meat and pasta
Service:
Well...initially I had an alright experience for my friend's birthday. A sole young waitress took great cake and attention to us.
However for my own birthday it was not the same. Passive aggressive behaviour from older staff. We had the big long table inside. I understand if it was full house but it seemed pretty chill and had a lot of staff around. As someone who worked in service I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However all evening I got passive aggressive stares and comments even though I was kind and hoping the staff would reciprocate, saying please and thank you to their each detail however I was met with cold stare. Tried to move my chair as it was uneven and the elder staff woman pushed me...yikes.
Also if you want to bring a birthday cake be aware they will charge you a fee for each person. I paid 550sek just to bring my own cake that I had custom made, just for them to keep it in their freezer...we paid food for over 4k sek and they charged us to keep the cake in the freezer for 2 hours. Don't know if this is common but was a big factor in deciding whether to stay or change restaurant.

FETTUCCINE MACELLERIA 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Mmmmmm.... Fettuccine blanketed in a heavenly taste of black truffles cream mixed with mascarpone, baby spinach, topped with veal fillet.
SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 🤩🤩🤩🤩 This cabonara recipe is different from the usual. It's more refined and brings a different appreciation to the dish. The creamy spaghetti with ox cheeks cripsy bacon was rich and wonderful accompanied by shaved Parmegiano Reggiano and a sprinkle of black pepper.
TIRAMISÙ 🤩🤩🤩🤩 A creamy mascarpone topped with a layer of cognac soaked ladies fingers with a topping of an amaretto biscotti.
PANNACOTTA 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Impressed. Here's a harmony of citrus sauce that lifts the white chocolate mousse. The mini pistachio ice cream cone, sprinkle of crushed pistachios gives this dessert an extra level of enjoyment. The slice of orange is a palate cleanser.

Even when waitering customers they where so stressed and was RUNNING around wich didnt really make a positive and nice mode for lunch. Waiter took order, repeated it straight away and even he did this 50% of the orders was wrong when delivered and the waiters promtly said "Well this is ordered for you table" and was VERY much donkey-style that the customer is always wrong. Will for sure never ever go here again. Also food was VERY VERY VERY bad, that they call them self Italian restaurant...
