MAX — Restaurant in Stockholm

The place was spacious and really had a good ambience for a fastfood burger joint. The table we chose was overlooking the main street. There was not much crowd as we went in early in the morning sat sept 11 after my MRI in Karolinska. The burgers were great and freshly made ..also my sweet potato fries.. Their new dip sauce --Korean BBQ was sweet, tangy &spicy.. My son and I both loved it. The melted cheese was kinda cold tho and my son complained that his fries were old--it indeed was coz when I tasted it, it was very cold and not crispy at all. I would like to add that the place was also clean, toilet was clean too, the staff were friendly, there's a small playground for the 'small barn' families, there's a small elevator for handicapped customers and lastly I noticed at the side of the entrance..customers with cars were parking there and they can also eat outside as there were a table or two...

I am really disgusted with the black girl waiter's attitude yesterday. When I was in queue, I saw her preparing food for someone before me with a very not friendly face while having a little debate with the young swedish boy waiter. And when it's time for my serve queue, she was not looking at me, not saying thanks, when I ask my sauce she did not answer, and not smiling at all. I came to MAX with my money! I paid! I am not a beggar. I deserve proper service! She doesn't respect the value of Swedish culture at all. I think MAX should fire her. If that stupid girl doesn't feel happy with her job, than she should resign and find another job. There are many other people able to smile can easily replace her...

I tried Max Burgers for the first time in Stockholm and was pleasantly surprised. Overall, the taste was quite good, and it definitely has its own unique character compared to McDonald’s or KFC. The menu offers a nice variety, and I particularly recommend the fish burger — it was flavorful, fresh, and different from the usual fast-food options.

The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, with a modern atmosphere that made it a nice place to sit and enjoy the meal rather than just a quick stop. Service was also efficient, and everything came out freshly prepared.
