O'Learys Östermalm — Restaurant in Stockholm

I wanted to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at this sports bar. One of the servers—a bearded man—was extremely rude and unprofessional. His communication with customers was unacceptable.

I came in alone and sat at a table when he approached me and claimed that the bar was fully booked, insisting that I either sit on a chair elsewhere or stand. However, I quickly realized that the table was not actually reserved, which made it clear that he was not being truthful. The way he spoke to me was aggressive and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome.

I strongly suspect that this treatment was based on the fact that I am a foreigner, which is completely unacceptable. If this is how your establishment treats international guests, it is definitely not a place I can recommend. I will certainly not be returning.

I hope the management of this bar take this matter seriously and ensure that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated...

Food was alright, but management should pay attention to people they hire. There is a waiter with eastern facial features (red hair and red beard) absolutely loosing the reality that he works in service. He can take your plate with food without asking if you are done. And if you will wonder where is your plate, you will be at guilt, listening how he has a lot to do and has no time to wait for you. Or maybe it is a regular thing for this place, not sure.

Think twice going here.

Went for Europa final. Front man Jonathon was the most obnoxious rude person we have encountered in hospitality. Only interested in trying to maximise money which failed miserably. People turned up just before game started and quickly left at end. Should send a message to this hospitality venue. We only went there as was close to our hotel with big screens. Unfortunately we should have just watched in our room. If you like being abused when going for a drink and bad food this is the place. Highly recommend not to go anywhere near this...
