Bröd & Salt — Restaurant in Stockholm

Bröd&Salt (Bread & Salt) this place is the best “pick your food Deli” that I’ve tried. Why? Because they have Pizza too! :D. But seriously, they got the plan. Not everyone wants to chew on salad every day. And if you go here with friends you can chew on Pepperoni while your friends chew on Paprika. But that’s not all! They sell combos with a nice soup on the fly as well. Really good ones. And for dessert they have all the kanelbullar you can eat, and some more. Ill say the place is something between Vegan Cozy and an Ok Lunch Bakery. (Whatever that is). The price is a bit higher than average, but all the food and green stuff are #1! Was there for a quick lunch and tasted the salad bar and pizza. Spacious, relatively clean, adequate distance between the tables. Refreshingly quiet even though it's located by a busy street. Good variety of breads and pastries. Decent salad bar and good ratio price:quality:quantity. The pizza was also really ok. As in most swedish bakeries and cafés you'll have to wait for a bit in case there is a queue. Not much to complain about. I'd probably be visiting again if...

The absolute best salad buffet in a heatwave. Fresh strawberries, high quality salmon, avocados, watermelon, high quality feta... such a wonderful variety. Beans, grains, anything you can dream of.

Take home a mandel bullar and have it the next day, twice as fragrant and tasty.
