This restaurant has launched a trip directly to the stars (yes, in plural!). It is hard to describe such a perfect experience, but I will try.
I can trully say that this is the best service I have ever experienced, the personel is wonderful and always attentive to every table. You also get to interact with the whole personel, including servers, chefs, and every other kitchen worker of any level. It feels like they are trully welcoming you into their family and they are delighted to show you every part of what they are building. We had the chance to visit the kitchen, and understand what goes on behind the scenes for every plate we tried. The environment was relaxed and friendly, with a very casual and coloquial tone in the interactions with the servers, which made it extra comfortable.
The food was a delight for each of the senses. Every dish was accompanied by an explanation of the story behind it, or how the ingredients had been put together and why. The dishes were beautifully presented, and it was almost hard to start eating knowing you would break such a perfect creation. The combination of taste and texture was beyond perfect in each of the dishes. It was the greatest palate adventure, perfectly calibrated. The pairing of wine with the dishes was carefully curated and very well explained by the server and the somelier. Every wine selection for a specific dish was trully a match made in heaven to acompany each bite.
This fine dining experience is also special for the fact that you can choose between two dishes for each of the 5 main courses. It adds an extra level of difficulty for the management of the kitchen and preparation to offer all the options available. And they did not disappoint with any of them!
I have to give a special mention to the first main dish of the menu that I had the option to take, the carpaccio. I trully believe is one of the best things I have tried in my entire life!
