Restaurang Rififi — Restaurant in Uppsala kommun

The benchmark for this kind of pizza place is "tacky restaurant" meaning the pizzas exceeded my expectations.

I eat quite a lot of pizza so I know my stuff and these pizzas are tasty and decent, however by no means artisan, healthy or high quality. We got the 95 kr pizza menu - good price for a hungry crew.

They make the pizzas fast so there were always a fresh one ready for grabs. The salad didn't look very fresh so we skipped it but we were only here for the pizzas anyway.

The environment is what one can expect from these kinds of restaurants - nothing special but you're not entering to get a cosy food experience anyway.

The staff were regular people doing their things - neither good or bad service.

I have been here a couple of times over the last five years, each time having had pasta and each time leaving equally disappointed. For being a so called Italian restaurant the pasta they serve here is bland to say the least and leaves a lot to wish for. I can not say anything about the other dishes they serve but if you want to have mediocre pasta and be overcharged for it - this is the place to go!

Quality wise, they are not very good. You can tell that the food isn't fresh and it is very greasy or fat. It arrives very quickly and the vegetables in the sauces are all soggy and overcooked, kinda like when you cook frozen veggies too much. It wouldn't surprise me if everything is pre-cooked and frozen and only heated up in the pan when you order. The price is way too high for the quality you get but they have good lunch options and it taste alright. I wouldn't call this restaurant Italian but more of a pizzeria with mediocre...
