Might be one of the worst dining experiences we've had in Uppsala. Let me start by saying that the place is crammed beyond its capacity with tables that it feels downright claustrophobic. We come in after having booked and the staff looks worried and they say to each other "what are we gonna do?" after realizing they might not have a place for us. We do eventually find a place, but then the food takes at least an hour to arrive and let me tell you...this is tacos we're talking about; it doesn't take that long to make them. Add to that the absolute ABYSMAL service we got from the waitresses who don't know of the concept of smiling. One of them even rolled her eyes at us for saying we needed more time to decide, and when she got us our beers, she slammed them on the table. I swear, it's like the job ad was directed at people who don't want to work. The food was okay but extremely oily and salty. The service, though, absolutely ruined the restaurant for us. How can you guys have such service when you're new and trying to build a customer base? I don't think this place will stay open for much. I myself will never ever...

Read moreBooked a day in advance, and when we arrived they didnât have a table ready and all the tables in the restaurant were full. The staff didnât communicate with us and after 5 minutes of us waiting, they asked us if we could come back in 10 minutes. When we came back no one apologised for the mistake and the server took us to our table without saying a word. We decided to leave as we didnât feel comfortable staying. I also told them in advance that Iâm celiac, and again, there was no acknowledgement. Wonât be...
