One of the nice Indian restaurants we tried in the Uppsala area. The food was delicious and at reasonable price options. We did try the three curry lunch menu as it was a weekday afternoon lunch time and also we ordered something from the alacarte menu. The three curry, naan, rice, salad and drink are included for SEK 120 for two curry and SEK 130 for three curry options you can choose. I’m sure the non vegetarian options would also be nice.

I ordered chicken kadhai and the chicken wasn’t properly thawed, it was undercooked and had to send it back one time to be cooked properly, taste is nothing to talk about, it isn’t a proper Indian restaurant, the flavours aren’t Indian and the nan’s are nowhere close to being called nan’s and its best to avoid a Roti. I came back to rate Indian kitchen because I have ordered takeout from here several times, also because yesterday I went to another Indian restaurant in the city and the horrible atmosphere and food there makes me appreciate the quality of Indian kitchen more. At Indian kitchen, you get Very nice staffs and good atmosphere, the chicken is marinated well. I think I will only order Indian food from Indian kitchen from now on, after experiencing a horrible Indian restaurant in the other side...
