Domino's Pizza Messe — Restaurant in Basel

Horrible, just horrible. I and my mom went their for a pizza at 1 o'clock and ordered our pizzas. We waited the so called "20min" (they felt like 35min) and saw our order on the tv saying it was ready... We went to look, and waited, and waited, and waited, after an hour of waiting I asked the guy where my pizzas were, since they were not on the screen. He just said and I quote "yes, yes, yes". So I thought that the pizzas were going to be ready soon. BUT NO, they weren't ready for another 20min, he asked for the receipt (wich we only got after asking...) and checked it. He told me that the pizza didn't have any mushrooms on them and that he whould put them on quickly. We got the pizza (wich surprisingly tasted good) and ate it in 10min. After I was determined to try to get a refund (or something like that). He said he can't give us th money back and that we could have an ice cream. We chose it, he came back and said that he can not give it to us for some reson. So we got these strange cheese bread coupons for the next time. We were angry and left. FOR YOUR SAKE DO NOT GO THEIR WHEN...

Incredible what kind of customer service, food quality and cleanliness I witnessed here today.

Having worked in the kitchen for more then 10 years and leaving the kitchens as a head chef of a couple of establishments, this is absolutely lowest of levels I have ever witnessed.

Food stood there and grew cold whilst we waited. They just forgot about us with only one other order in the whole establishment.

Meanwhile they were chattering like chicken in french which would not bother me at all if the service, food and amenities like napkins were all on point.

Chicken strippers are the lowest quality of food I have ever had since New Dheli and the pizza was not hot anymore with a dough that you could just call spongey gum.

Lastly, only the cassier spoke half decent german. When asked if they had tape they had to riddle and argue between themselves in french with the other 2 kids in the production area just not understanding neither german nor actual english.

Safe your money and go elsewhere.

They are very disorganized, I placed an order at 9:45 and at again at 10:15 to inquire about the pizza and they took my order again and said everything was fine and she brushed it off as a computer error. No its not fine that I had to place an order again as I have a flight tomorrow at 4am and wanted to sleep a little before my flight. Really messed up my stay guys :( and i finally fell asleep aND they showed up at 11:10 with the pizza... and as I took it it didn't have the extra sauce, worst experience with...
