Food Hero — Restaurant in Basel

Update 18.08.23 After contacting the customer service. They offered us a voucher from foodhero and also made sure we received a voucher from justeat. Thank you for the great response.

1.5 hour after ordering, our food finally came (first we had to call where the food was) Burger and fries cold (even though the restaurant is 5 minutes away), no sauce with fries even though we ordered extra sauce. Cheesecake and chocolate mousse on top of burger, they were warm ....no spoon or fork for the deserts..... this for over CHF 80!!!! Never...

Today I got food poisoning from my order and this is not the first time but it’s definitely the last time im ordering from here, I ordered the gluten-free bun Mexican Hamburger and obviously the bread was not gluten free. Just do not put gluten-free options on the menu if you cannot make absolutely sure that it is gluten-free. This is not a joke or a special diet I learned on facebook this is serious, YOU are a serious health threat for people with gluten sensitivity. The box was marked with the letter G to indicate that it’s gluten free...

I visited this place many times and was blown away by the amazing service provided by the staff and the great food. I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation, which immediately made me feel very welcoming.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The menu offered a wide range of options, so I could try each time different things.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fantastic food and, most importantly, very friendly...
