Tourist scam ! Avoid this place at all costs ! There are no signs that say cash only it is not written on the menu or anywhere. When the employee/owner took our order he did not mention it as well. He waited until we got our food to mention it. We did not eat or touch our food we told him we don’t want it we don’t have cash. Whoever has mentioned in previous reviews that the staff were unfriendly clearly have reviewed the wrong place! We were made to feel very welcome as was our little dog Wilf. Marcel even sat with us when he could to share a drink and a chat. All of the locals were also very friendly. We particularly loved the Aperol Spritz and the Coffee Lutz which we were introduced to by some of the regulars. We were only in the city a couple of days and went there twice. the WORST place I have been to in Switzerland. I have never met ruder staff and felt more unwelcome in a cafe.
