Nice cappuccino, sad that it missed the warmest of a welcome from the staff. I know with the mask it is difficult to smile but the welcome could be by the voice, words and the smile in the eyes.

I had the worst experience in Bern. The waitress was unfriendly and rude. When I relaxed and worked with breakfast（cappuccino & croissant）, she came and forced me order something even they have many empty tables. I ordered my another coffee but she brought the coffee with a visibly displeased attitude since I didn't order anything expensive. It was very rude of her to not make eye contact nor respond when I apologized for staying long and asked her...
