Pur Suisse Bistro — Restaurant in Chur

Went here two times this week. Popped in on a Wednesday morning to drink a coffee. Choose a piece of cheesecake, delicious! On the side a ginger/carrot vitamin shot. Cold pressed. Normally not my cup of tea, but this one taste great! Had a chat with the manager wen I left. Today I decide to have lunch here, many people already in the restaurant, but everything works quick and well. We ordered a soup, a burger and ravioli. All was delicious. I really like the philosophy of Swiss products and the cost atmosphere in the restaurant. The order at the bar system is something where not everybody is used to, but everything will be served at your table. Keep going this way! Can definitely recommend...

The coffee is good, the atmosphere is cosy and the service is also good. However, what I liked the most was the terrace. Ideal for a summer evening with very comfortable sofas in a nice area. I recommend it. I didn't try the food, but I've heard good things about it and I'll try it on...
