Very unpleasant very low customer service lack of respect towards the customer NEVER AGAIN !!! ... a place with pride of their words and job will never do what this place does.. very pity and low way to make money.. Food very salty imposible to finish the food extremely unhealthy the amount of salt

But my main issue with this place is the very low class and respect towards the consumer Approximately I called 4 days ago to make a reservation but before hand I did ask to the young lady who answer my phone call if they still receive the voucher from the Canton knowing they still valid till 31st of October, the young lady her response was yes of course.. so well I did make a reservation. Went to this place on the 31st at 13:00 as I did booked once I went to pay the young waiter said to me they do not accept the voucher anymore because according to him were valid till yesterday . 1st is laying or does not know the agreement with the Canton 2nd if the place decide to change the rules they are force to communicate to all the costumer at the time people are ordering. This do not happen in places with commitment to their customer and care and proud about the job they do ... this show how low and pour knowledge how to manage a place and how to serve people... this is the kind of place make money once but not twice ... this is literally rip off ... the Kebab kiosk next to them has much better value for money and customer service ...148 chf on a lunch is not worthy a penny ... I will never step in again and if I can I will spread the voice as much as I can how bad is this place ... overall this place need very deep clean a proper train staff and chef need to learn how much salt goes into the food ...

We went Saturday evening around 19:30 without a reservation and were lucky to get a spot at the bar. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was a bit confused if this place was a club or a restaurant. The overall vibe was very club-like, playing loud-ish music, dim lighting and groups of young folks getting a bite before going out later. The food was great and getting the food was incredibly fast like maybe five minutes after ordering?! We went with the fish tartare tacos, the vegan tacos (VLT I think it was called), and the Fermata nachos. The vegan protein in the VLT tacos was well done and the volume in the tacos was a generous portion x3. The nachos were also excellent packed with cheese, beef and veggies. The raw salmon in the other order was a bit strong for my palette and the hard shell made the eating experience somewhat messier. Still, service was great, host was friendly, and the food surpassed my expectations! Definitely will be back...
