First encounter on the phone was extremely dismissive and rude, she asked me how old I was, thinking I was a child and she said she will not take our order simply because she did not understand what was being said. Had to repeat the address 6 times and even then she did not understand. Simply horrible staff. I do not recommend.

*As a 23 year old adult, I am old enough to order alcohol, which we DID NOT even order, we attempted to order fried rice (amongst other things) which we had to repeat 6 times as well as she did not understand what we were saying. We called ONCE and were so rudely dismissed. Clearly no experience or understanding of hospitality if this is the way you reply to customers. I ordered takeaway in person first of all. The staff who helped me was very nice. I do not know italian and my Chinese is not that good either, but the menu does have English. I ordered 2 bubble teas, 2 shrimp dumplings ( shrimp ravioli) which is a total of 8 pieces and they are decent sized, and Mapo Tofu. They are all legit and good. Also if your mapo tofu container looks like it is leaking ish that is normal and okay, nothing leaks. I do think it is a little pricey but you know it is worth it. The bubble tea is soso but it is probably the best bubble tea you can get in Lugano. And yes I will be planning to go back to this...

Food was horrible..We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Sweet and sour Chicken Pineapple...They don't know how to cook ..They just made horrible gravy and put some chicken pieces on it..OMG !
