Le Scandale — Restaurant in Geneva

After realy nice evening we received the bill of 450CHF by 6 with almost only drinks (yes - we drinked quiet a bit:p) we noticed there was a mistake and that they added 5 large beers (+-60chf). We therefore questioned it and asked to remove the beers. The person in charge of taking the payment then told us that it was impossible that there was a mistake. As myself and one of my collegue had previously worked/studied in the hospitality we nicely responded that we believe these kind of mistakes can happen. He then responded straight to us with a condescendant tone that he is not a waiter but the director of the Bar/restaurant (in french "je suis pas serveur, je suis directeur moi"). He then refused to removed the beers and we paid in order to stop dealing with that "director" asap. We had a little gathering in the basement (20 people) you can't book the space but it's actually a good spot, I thought the bar tender was very good and our drinks were well made and he was quick and efficient. I was there at 8.30 pm and although a DJ booth we listened to the same maybe 4 songs on loop which was kinda like torture, for the first part when the DJ arrived some good tunes were played everyone including another large group were dancing, then he decided to play a weird mix of clearly his own favs of electric, I don't even know what it was but you couldn't dance to it. Americans visiting Geneva...looking for a casual dining experience. Relaxed atmosphere. Crowded but not packed. We found it! We had round of drinks to start. I tried the Brooklyn lager. Excellent.
